I started See You At The Finish to give runners access to comprehensive personal coaching. Unlike mainstream coaching platforms that typically offer one-size-fits-all training plans, See You At The Finish is unique. Your training is as specific as possible to you as an athlete, without exception. That’s how we produce results.

In today’s digital age, I believe runners are being held back by pre-written plans and misinformation. There is a lot of bad advice out there, and if getting faster was a Google search away, people would be smashing their best times every race. Having a coach who truly understands you as an athlete will separate you from the pack and help you reach your true potential.

I customize plans for runners through a combination of detailed data analysis, consistent communication, and real-time modifications. Having coached for over six years and raced competitively myself, I know what it takes to get you across that finish line faster. If we work together, you’ll start by answering a questionnaire detailing your experience as a runner and your current lifestyle. From there, we’ll lay the foundation for your goals, equip you with every resource possible, and get right to work.

Basic Plan

For both new and experienced runners looking for customized daily training:

  • Customized daily training plan, modified in real time, including running, stretching, and strength work
  • Detailed, weekly email feedback on your training and progress
  • Weekly check-ins via phone, video chat, or through email only, if you prefer
  • Access to running-specific nutritional data and strength training programs

Standard Plan

For runners looking for daily, in-depth coaching, form analysis, and strength work feedback:

  • Comprehensive customized daily training plan, including strength training, cross training, recovery protocols, and stretching
  • Twice weekly detailed feedback on your training
  • Weekly check-ins via phone, video chat, or through email only, if you prefer
  • Race preparation, including course scouting, mile-by-mile strategizing, and logistics prep
  • Detailed shoe advice
  • Running form analysis and feedback with specific corrections filmed and sent to you (requires ability to upload videos for review)
  • Strength training form analysis with specific corrections filmed and sent to you (requires ability to upload videos for review)
  • Access to running-specific nutrition data

Elite Plan

For the obsessed runner or running nerd looking to break through to the next level:

  • All services from the Standard Plan
  • Highly specialized data analysis and planning, including weekly elevation targets (with route planning), pace adjustments based on specific footware and footware age, daily running surface suggestions, and much more.
